1. Corporate Identification & Regulatory Standing
NAZCATRADE operates as an international physical commodity trading house and agricultural logistics integrator with corporate desks located in Barcelona (European Operations Hub), Geneva (Structured Trade Finance Desk), Zurich (Industrial Accounts), and Lima (South America Origination & Laboratory QA).
All physical trading activities, maritime bills of lading, and freight charters comply strictly with the international commercial framework established by the Federation of Cocoa Commerce (FCC), the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA), and the Grain and Feed Trade Association (GAFTA).
2. ICC Incoterms 2020 & Risk Transfer
Unless explicitly superseded by signed bilaterally agreed Master Purchase Agreements (MPA), all physical contracts executed by NAZCATRADE are governed by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Incoterms 2020 rules:
- DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): NAZCATRADE bears all transportation risks, ocean freight, import duties, customs clearance tariffs, and inland container chassis trucking until final physical discharge at buyer designated warehouse/silo facility.
- CIF / CFR (Cost, Insurance & Freight): Risk transfers to the buyer upon container loading aboard the maritime ocean vessel at origin port of loading, supported by Institute Cargo Clauses (A) all-risk insurance coverage.
- FOB (Free On Board): Risk transfers upon passing of container/breakbulk over ocean vessel rails at designated port of departure (e.g., Callao, Guayaquil, Buenaventura).
3. Privacy Policy & GDPR / RGPD Compliance
In compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (General Data Protection Regulation):

- Data Purpose: Information collected via inquiry modals or newsletter subscriptions is utilized exclusively for B2B commercial communication, telemetry market reports, and dispatch coordination. We never sell, transfer, or commercialize client data to third-party brokers.

4. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to physical commodity supply contracts executed by NAZCATRADE shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the standard arbitration rules of the Federation of Cocoa Commerce (FCC) in London, or under the Swiss Rules of International Arbitration of the Swiss Arbitration Centre in Geneva.
